How to book
Make a shortlist of 3 properties you are interested in and fill in our online Availability Request Form. Once you submit your request, we will check availability of your chosen properties and get back to you. In some cases we can tell you immediately if a property is free; in others we may need to contact the property owner to check.
When you are ready to book, and you have confirmed this with us, we will send you an email confirming all the booking details and how to proceed. You will need to complete our Booking Form online within 5 working days. We will not guarantee that the accommodation will be held for you after this period. Bookings are considered confirmed only when receipt of your deposit/full payment and booking form are acknowledged by us with a confirmation email and invoice. Please make sure you read our Terms & Conditions before you return the booking form.
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the accommodation will need to be paid when you complete the booking form. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your departure date; this date is given in your confirmation invoice. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the departure date need to be paid in full when you complete the booking form.
preferred payment method is by bank transfer. You can do this with telephone banking,
online banking or by going to your own bank and asking to do a BACS transfer to
our account. There shouldn't be a charge for this service. Our bank details are

We regret that currently we cannot accept debit or credit card payments. Please note that dishonoured cheques will incur a charge of £15 to cover costs.
An information pack, including driving directions to your property, will be sent to you once full payment has been received and no later than 2 weeks before your departure date.
