Ground floor: Open-plan living/dining room and kitchen. Shower room.
First floor: One double bedroom with balcony. Bathroom.
Outside: Porch with table and chairs. Garden. Shared swimming pool. This is part of a large house converted into three separate properties. AS042 El Malvís is next to this property and AS043 El Ferre is to the back.

In a central location, La Ceriquina is a beautiful and spacious property for two with access to a swimming pool.
La Ceriquina is one of three properties that have been created from the beautiful conversion of an 18th century farmhouse. The property has been carefully renovated using simple but stylish decoration, with wooden ceilings throughout. The ground floor consists of a comfortable open-plan kitchen and living area and a shower room. There's also a double sofa-bed, if required. Upstairs, there is an attractive, spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and doors onto a balcony, ideal for a relaxing drink in the evening. There is an additional mattress, for a child, that can be placed in the same room.
Outside there is a terrace looking across the garden. The swimming pool, shared between three properties, lies at the foot of a path down from the house. There's a car park at the back and also a shared utility room.
La Ceriquina sits at the top end of the village of Pruneda, 3km from the small historic market town of Nava, which is good for shops, restaurants and cafes. Nava is also home to the Cider Museum and a lively cider festival in July. There is also a restaurant in Pruneda itself.
The surroundings are green and hilly - just south of Nava is a range of beautiful sierras for walking. The motorway is easily accessible which makes getting around Asturias very easy. The beach at Rodiles is about a 25-minute drive away, and the city of Oviedo just 15 minutes away.
