In the heart of the cider-making district, El Malvís has the benefits of a quiet village setting and a shared swimming pool.

El Malvis is one of three properties that have been created from the beautiful conversion of an 18th century farmhouse. The property has been carefully renovated using simple but stylish decoration, with wooden ceilings throughout. The ground floor consists of a comfortable open-plan kitchen and living area. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with attractive wooden windows and vaulted ceilings. There is also a double sofa-bed in the living room, if required, although this is only suitable for children. There is a shower room on each floor.

Outside there is a terrace looking across the garden. The swimming pool will be complete in the spring and will lie at the foot of a path down from the house. There's a car park and also a shared utility room.

El Malvis sits at the top end of the village of Pruneda, 3km from the small historic market town of Nava, which is good for shops, restaurants and cafes. It's also home to the Cider Museum and a lively cider festival in July. There is also a restaurant in Pruneda itself.

The surroundings are green and hilly - just south of Nava is a range of beautiful sierras for walking. The motorway is easily accessible which makes getting around Asturias very easy. The beach at Rodiles is about a 25-minute drive, and the city of Oviedo just 15 minutes away.
