First floor: One double bedroom and three twin bedrooms - all en suite.
Outside: Large garden with table, chairs and sun loungers. In the same grounds as AS004 Ataraxia de Ana and the owner's house.
A beautifully decorated cottage with four en suite bedrooms, two of which open out onto a traditional wooden terrace. The property is located within the grounds of a small farm, and conveniently close to beaches and the fishing village of Tazones.
Casa Ana is one of our favourite properties and one where we have stayed ourselves as guests. It is the larger of two cottages attached to the proprietor's farmhouse. The farm, which has cows and chickens, lies to the rear of the property. There is a pleasant garden to the front of the property which is shared with the smaller Ataraxia de Ana (property AS004). Ana, the proprietor, is an excellent cook and makes her own cider and jam from fruit in her orchard - she offers breakfast and dinner made with organic farm produce and even gives cookery courses on request!
The ground floor is open-plan and very comfortable - a perfect place to relax after a day either in the hills or along the coast. The upstairs bedrooms are all en suite; two have terraces overlooking the garden, while the other two have views over to the sea.
Cabritón is a small village 1.5 km from the sea, in an area known for its apple orchards and cider production. The village has restaurants and a small shop and is only a short drive from the busy market town of Villaviciosa which has an elegantly historic centre. The pretty fishing village of Tazones is nearby too.
This property has been awarded 3 "trisqueles", the highest rating assigned by the regional tourist board.
Rental includes a mid-week cleaning service with change of linen, while there's an optional daily cleaning service for a fee.
