Casa Regoria is a recently renovated 4-bedroom house in the small mountain village of Inguanzo. The village lies very close to many of the most beautiful mountain trails and yet is only a 25-minute drive from the coast. The famous walk along the Cares gorge begins a few kilometres away, and the iconic rectangular peak of the Picu Urriellu (the Naranjo de Bulnes) can be seen from nearby.

The house itself contains many of the features of traditional Asturian villas - chestnut wooden floors and ceilings on the upper floors and solid exterior stonework on the ground floor. The living space is divided across three floors. Downstairs, there is a well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. The first floor has a single bedroom and a double bedroom, as well as a shower room. The top floor has two further double bedrooms and a second shower room. There is a small private patio to the back of the house and a larger area at the front which is shared with the three apartments that are adjacent to the property.

Inguanzo is a small traditional village with beautiful views towards the Picos. There is a bar that serves simple meals, and a little country primary school. The bar sells some basic items but the village is also served daily by bakers and other traders who travel through. Carreña, the capital of Cabrales, is 3 km away, and Arenas is 6 km away. Both villages have plenty of amenities.
